{"id":2119,"date":"2026-06-16T13:08:50","date_gmt":"2026-06-16T13:08:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/reliablemovingcrews.com\/?p=2119"},"modified":"2026-06-16T13:08:50","modified_gmt":"2026-06-16T13:08:50","slug":"spacex-set-to-vault-past-amazon-in-market-value-as-shares-extend-ipo-surge","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/reliablemovingcrews.com\/?p=2119","title":{"rendered":"SpaceX set to vault past Amazon in market value as shares extend IPO surge"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Summary<\/li>\n<li>Companies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>June 16 (Reuters) &#8211; Shares of Elon Musk&#8217;s \u200bSpaceX (SPCX.O)<svg><\/svg><span>, opens new tab<\/span> extended a post-IPO rally and rose more than 8% in premarket trading on Tuesday, putting \u200cthe company on course to overtake Amazon.com in market value to become the world&#8217;s fifth\u2011largest company.<\/div>\n<div>The stock was last up 8.5% at $208.90, jumping more than 54% above its $135 IPO price and giving the company a market capitalization of around $2.75 trillion \u200bif gains hold.<\/div>\n<div>Amazon&#8217;s (AMZN.O)<svg><\/svg><span>, opens new tab<\/span> valuation stands at $2.66 trillion, Microsoft&#8217;s (MSFT.O)<svg><\/svg><span>, opens new tab<\/span> at $2.95 trillion, and the world&#8217;s top three companies \u200bexceed $4 trillion in market value.<\/div>\n<div>&#8220;We can say with certainty that this valuation makes absolutely \u2060no sense today.
