That approach, he said, would spare the Fed a scenario in which &#8220;all the \u200bfinancial markets are doing is reflecting back what we&#8217;ve said.&#8221;<\/div>\n<div>And so, markets have fully priced in \u200ba rate increase from the Fed by October, lifting the U.S. Treasury yields<svg><\/svg><span>, opens new tab<\/span> and the dollar.<\/div>\n<div>The sweeping Fed review could reshape how the central bank makes decisions and communicates with the public while a short policy statement \u200bsimilar to a format used by former Fed Chairman Alan Greenspan heralded a new era.<\/div>\n<div>It \u200bmay take time for markets to adjust to a less transparent Fed.
